The World Champion Cheese has been matured for up to 7 to 8 months naturally, is made from pasteurised cow milk and contains less fat and salt than normal cheeses. Flavour-wise it is a mature cheese with bold and rich flavours.
Ingredients: Fat 30+, pasteurised cow's milk, rennet, salt, lactic acid, vitamins A, B, and D
Suggested Wine Pairing: Bordeaux blend, Tempranillo or Syrah. This bold cheese deserves to be paired with a bold wine.
