This Matured Goat Cheese has been matured for up to 10 months, hence the name. This Matured Goat Cheese is a hard cheese with a nice spiced and slightly salty flavour.

 

Ingredients: Fat 48+, pasteurised goat's milk, Vegetarian (Microbial) Rennet, salt, lactic acid

 

Suggested Wine Pairing: Sauvignon Blanc or Dry Riesling. This spicy cheese will go great with a flavoursome and/or spicy white wine.
