This is our only English cheese on the menu and what a great classic cheese it is! Stilton can only be made in England, exclusively in the counties of Derbyshire, Leicestershire, and Nottinghamshire. The cheese is matured naturally, is semi-hard with long blue veins throughout.  


Ingredients: Fat 50+, unpasteurised cow's milk, vegetarian rennet, fungal culture, salt, lactic acid, vitamins A, B, and D

Suggested Wine Pairing: Over the centuries this cheese has mostly been paired with a delicious Port, the combined flavours just make it sublime!
